📫 Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.
If you notice an error, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order via our Contact Page or by email.

In cases where:

• The order has already entered production
• Or the shipping address is incorrect/incomplete

We will contact you to confirm the updated address. If we do not receive a response within 7 days, your order will be canceled and the items will be stored in our warehouse for up to 60 days.

If we receive correct shipping details during this period, we will proceed with shipping as normal.
No refunds will be issued for unclaimed items after 60 days.

We are not responsible for:

• Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error
• Packages returned to sender
• Lost or stolen parcels resulting from third-party redirection after the item leaves our warehouse

Please avoid contacting the carrier to redirect packages after dispatch, as we cannot guarantee safe delivery in those cases.

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, but only for the following acceptable reasons:

• Order was placed by mistake
• Item became unavailable before fulfillment
• Change of shipping address

We do not accept cancellations due to change of mind or personal preference.

If you're not 100% satisfied, let us know and we'll make it right.

We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

• To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
